At Maritza Jaimes we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our refund policy below:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) unless we have made a mistake when printing your custom item. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Processing your Refund

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its approval status. – If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item instead of requesting a refund, please contact us directly so that we can assist you in finding an appropriate replacement.
