Refund and Returns Policy

At MJ Creative Design Shop we want you to feel confident ordering from us. Please review what’s eligible for return or exchange and how to start a claim with us.

1) What’s Not Returnable

  • Custom/personalized products (e.g., magnets, fridge magnets, photo prints, any made-to-order design or personalized item): final sale—no returns or refunds. (unless we made a mistake)
  • Digital files/gift cards: non-refundable.

2) Supplies & Accessories (Non-Custom)

  • Return window: within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: unused, unopened, in original packaging, resalable.
  • Shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Proof of purchase required.

3) Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email [mjcreativedesignshop.com] within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

We’ll evaluate and provide the next steps (replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable).

4) Exchanges

For fastest service, submit a return request (if eligible) and place a new order. Once we receive and approve the return, we’ll process any refund per this policy.

5) Refunds

  • We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error or the item is defective.
  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you don’t see your refund, contact your bank/issuer and then email us at [[email protected]].

6) How to Start a Return

  1. Email [[email protected]] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions. (Items sent back without authorization will be refused.)
  3. Pack securely and ship with a trackable method. If we provide a prepaid label, we’ll deduct the cost from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

7) Color/Print Variation Notice (Custom Items)

Slight variations in color, density, and placement can occur across materials, monitors, and print runs. These normal variances are not considered defects for custom/personalized items.

8) Carrier/Non-Delivery Issues

If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive your package, contact the carrier first to open an inquiry, then email us. We’ll assist where possible, but carrier scans and investigations govern outcomes.
