Content (including your uploaded photos/artwork for custom magnets) may be transferred unencrypted over networks, except for payment information, which is always encrypted.

2. Online Store Terms

Our store is hosted on HostGator which provides us with the online e-commerce platform.
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to purchase from us.

3. Products & Services

  • Custom Products: All custom magnets, photo prints, and personalized items are final sale and non-refundable.
  • Supplies & Accessories: Unused and unopened supplies (e.g., button parts, magnet parts) may be eligible for return under our [Refund Policy].

We reserve the right to limit sales by region or quantity.

4. Pricing & Billing

  • All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information for all transactions.

5. Shipping & Lead Times

  • Custom product turnaround times range at 3-4 days after purchase. This does not include shipping arrival time, please add another 3-4 days for expected arrival of product.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost orders due to incorrect addresses.

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Custom products
  • Gift cards

7. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and photos. However, slight variations may occur especially with custom items.
We are not responsible for typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions provided by customer.

8. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

  • Damage due to misuse, dropping, or disassembly is not covered.
  • MJ Creative Design Shop is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of our products or services.
  • Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. User Content

By submitting any photos, artwork, or content for use in custom products, you confirm that you own or have rights to that content.
We reserve the right to refuse content that is copyrighted, trademarked, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
